Resellers are generally IBM Lotus Business Partners or telephone system resellers.

IBM Lotus Business Partners have significant skills in Lotus Notes and Domino. As it is built on Lotus Notes they have little difficulty in understanding the PhoneSoft product range. They require our assistance when integrating to the telephone system. The vast majority of IBM Lotus Business Partners have limited telephony skills. Past experience might have been limited to the installation of network fax servers. We assist with our significant knowledge of telephone system integration.
Telephone System Resellers obviously have very strong skills in telephony. On the other hand their knowledge of Lotus Notes is usually low or completely non-existent. We find that this does not create a problem as the customer is always Notes-savvy and can work along with the telephone system reseller to ensure smooth installation. Naturally we assist the reseller and customer both prior to and during the system installation.
