Clint Weber, Notes Administrator, called us to see if we could enhance the system with a special application. Clint wanted callers to be able to easily find out the addresses and driving instructions for their 20 warehouse locations around New Orleans. Using PhoneSoft's scripting capabilities we developed a simple application. Callers to the main Dupuy number can listen to a complete list of warehouse locations. They can then enter the warehouse locator number and be informed of the address and how to get there. This simple yet very useful scripting application took us only a few hours to develop and test.
