Unified MailCall To have the system to read back correctly the number of unread messages and reflect them when you save a message over the phone, Lotus API requires Manager access in the ACL of the mailbox you are trying to access.

Also the Canonical Name must be correctly set in the person document in the PhoneSoft Directory (NAB).
